SlimeMaker3D — a slime app for iPhone and iPad.

Nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs of any kind. It contains no networking code, so there is no mechanism by which anything could be transmitted.
The slimes you make are saved on your device, in the app's own private storage area, as ordinary files. They consist of the recipe — colour, material, mix-ins, charms and the name you gave it — and a small picture of the slime.
Two settings, whether sound and haptics are switched on, are stored in the standard iOS preferences for this app.
None of this leaves your device. Deleting the app removes all of it.
The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for children. It shows no advertising, sells nothing, contains no links out to the web, and has no way for anyone to contact anyone. Since nothing is collected, nothing is collected from children either.
The app requests no permissions. It does not use the camera, the microphone, the photo library, contacts, or location. Audio is played out only.
If a future version ever collects anything, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the App Store privacy label will be updated to match.
